How to Return your order

Follow these simple steps to Return your order with Gemsbuild:
Visit the Return Order Page

Scroll to the bottom of our website and click on the Return Order link in the footer.

Fill Out the Request Form

Provide your Name, Email, Order Number, and specify whether you want to Return the order. For returns, mention the Reason for Return and upload images of the item if necessary.

Upload Supporting Images

If you’re returning an item, attach clear images of the Gemstone to help us process your request faster.

Submit Your Request

Review the details you've entered and click the Submit button to send your Return request.

Wait for Confirmation

Our team will review your request and send you a confirmation email with the next steps within 24–48 hours.
